Sized at 3.0m x 2.5m and produced in two sets, this 1:250 scale model took 30 days to bring to life, setting new standards in the realm of marketing display models.
In the creation of the road section, QZY Models pushed the boundaries by incorporating stainless steel electroplating technology. This innovative approach lends a distinctive metallic texture to the road surface, elevating the overall visual appeal of this showroom model.
Revolutionizing residential model detailing, the ground surface was crafted using acrylic UV printing technology. A groundbreaking venture in the industry, this project marks a pioneering use of one-time printing technology in the realm of marketing display models, showcasing QZY Models' commitment to pushing technological boundaries.
The entire architectural structure embraced boldness with the widespread adoption of 3D printing technology. Departing from traditional modeling methods, almost all structural elements, except for the glass curtain wall, underwent meticulous 3D printing. QZY Models shattered the preconception that 3D printing couldn't be extensively applied to architectural facades.
The team delved into extensive testing to address precision concerns, achieving a remarkable fineness of 0.2mm, surpassing the industry-standard requirement of 0.3mm. This leap in precision control showcases QZY Models' commitment to elevating the quality of model production to new heights.
