QZY Models proudly presents the intricately designed 1:2000 scale miniature house models of the Shenyang Sino-German Park Planning project by Aecom. This unique model takes on the shape of a perfect circle, strategically avoiding the irregularities of the land plot that could impact the model's appearance and significantly reducing the display of ineffective space.
The base of the model features the use of maple wood materials, while the buildings employ the advanced 3D printing technique. The final touch involves a spray coating to achieve a lifelike faux-wood effect. The roads and base of the model are crafted using double-layered maple wood veneer, with thoughtful detailing of the tree-lined areas. Distinct tree species, including avenue trees and decorative flowering trees, are effectively expressed. Lighting effects have been added to accentuate the contours of the water system.
Within the design zone, all buildings are created using the 3D printing method for detailed architectural elements. The final painted effect emphasizes the buildings' contours, structural relationships, and facade decorations, with a remarkable printing structure precision of 0.3 millimeters. The peripheral open spaces are intentionally left blank, creating a vast empty area that perfectly showcases the main features of the miniature house models. The water features are depicted using acrylic spray coloring.
